CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SIGNED WITH COUNTY OF SZCZECIN 
    * THE APPENDIX LOWERS TOTAL VALUE OF THE CONTRACT TO 10.5 
MILLION ZLOTYS GROSS BY 249,198 ZLOTYS GROSS, RESULTING FROM 
CHANGING THE SURFACE TYPE USED IN THE CONTRACT
