Aug 5 (Reuters) - Tamilnadu PetroPoducts Ltd  TPL.NS : 
 * K.T. Vijayagopal appointed as chief financial officer (CFO) of the company, 
   in place of R.Balaji 
 
 * Source text: Tamilnadu PetroProducts Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr.K.T. Vijayagopal has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company under section 203(1)(iii) of the Companies Act, 2013, in the place of Mr. R.Balaji, since resigned. Accordingly Mr.K.T. Vijayagopal has been re-designated as Wholetime Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from August 05, 2016.
