** Shares of Tamilnadu PetroProducts TPL.NS rise 4.7% to 78.80 rupees

** Petrochemicals maker's Q4 consol net profit more than doubled Y/Y to 268.8 mln rupees ($3.2 mln) from 122.9 mln rupees

** Revenue up 3.9% Y/Y to 4.54 bln rupees

** Trading vols at 706,724 shares, 3.7x the 30-day average

** TPL down ~2% YTD
