The Board of Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers, distributors and retailers of sports, leisure and mobility equipment, announces the resignation of Andy Bestwick as Non-Executive Director on 31 July 2020.
 
The Board would like to thank Andy for the support and guidance that he has provided to the Group during his tenure of the last 10 years and wish him well for the future.  The search for a new Non-Executive Director is now underway.
In accordance with our previous announcements, Mervyn Keene retired as Non-Executive Chairman from the Board on 31 July 2020.  
Steve Grant has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 August 2020.  
Jim Shears has been appointed Group CEO, taking up the position on 1 August 2020 also.
Phil Ratcliffe, Group Commercial Director, has been appointed Joint Managing Director of the Company's trading subsidiary, MV Sports & Leisure Limited.  He will assume the role in a joint capacity with Jim.
