** TNDM says it issued a voluntary correction for certain insulin pumps, citing a speaker malfunction that could halt insulin delivery and disrupt communication with glucose monitoring devices

** Co reports 700 confirmed adverse events and 59 injuries associated with the issue

** No deaths had been linked to the problem with the t:slim X2 insulin pumps - TNDM

** Including session moves, stock down 71.4% YTD
