Tanfield (AIM:TAN) announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company, held on Tuesday 2 August 2022, all resolutions were duly passed with
the following votes:

 

 Ordinary Resolutions                                                            Votes in favour %
 1. To receive and approve the audited financial statements for the year ended   >99%
 31 December 2021
 2. To re-elect Martin Groak as a director of the Company                        >99%
 3. To re-appoint RSM UK Audit LLP as auditors of the Company and authorise the  >99%
 directors to agree the auditors remuneration
