** Shares of cancer therapy developer Tango Therapeutics
 TNGX.O  slip 5.4% to $6.99 premarket
    ** The firm says it will discontinue development of TNG348
due to liver toxicity experienced by patients in
early-to-mid-stage trial
    ** Adds severe liver function abnormalities were observed in
patients remaining on the study longer than eight weeks, leading
to the decision to terminate the program
    ** Tango will focus resources and capital on its existing
portfolio, particularly its cancer therapy PRMT5 
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~25% YTD
