shares down 10% at $3.76, near 6-month low
    ** Company reports Q4 net loss of $29.1 mln, or 33 cents per
share, compared with loss of $22.0 mln, or 25 cents per share, a
year earlier
    ** Posts Q4 total revenue of $6.4 mln vs $5.7 mln
    ** Q4 research and development expenses increase to $29.1
mln from $21.6 mln on higher spends related to advancing
programs and personnel-related costs
    ** Company's shares down ~48% YTD
