** Shares of cloud communication provider Tanla Platforms
Ltd  TNSL.NS  rise as much as 5% at 761 rupees, their sharpest
intraday pct gain in nearly three weeks
    ** Stock post its highest levels since Sept 23
    ** Tanla heads for a second session of gains
    ** TNSL top gainer in the NSE Nifty SCP 100  .NIFSMCP100 ,
which is up 0.3%
    ** More than 200,000 shares traded, 0.4x their 30-day moving
avg of more than 550,000
    ** All brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher; their
median PT is 995 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** As of Tuesday's close, Tanla stock down 61.5% versus a
17.7% decline in the small-cap 100 index
