    ** Tanla heads for a second session of gains
    ** Co's biggest pct gain since July 18
    ** TNSL fixed record date for a proposed buyback of shares
up to 1.7 bln rupees ($20.63 million) for Oct. 25, which was
approved in September
    ** More than 2.27 mln shares change hands by 0810 GMT vs
30-day avg of 550,063 shares
    ** Median PT is 995 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** Stock down 58.4% YTD up to last close
