Claims Against Tap N Go Dismissed

 

Tap Global Group plc (AIM: TAP), an innovative digital finance hub that
brings money payments and crypto settlement services together in a single
user-friendly app, is pleased to note that the High Court of Justice Business
and Property Courts of England and Wales has dismissed all claims (as
disclosed in the Company's AIM Admission Document) brought by John and Daniel
Nwikpo against Tap N Go Limited and Arsen Torosian, the Company's Chief
Executive Officer.

 

The Company was not a party to the proceedings as the High Court had already
granted summary judgment in 2024 dismissing the Company from the proceedings
entirely.
