** Shares of Coach handbag maker Tapestry TPR.N rise 9% to $81.90

** Company raises its 2025 revenue and profit forecasts for a third time this year on its limited exposure to sweeping U.S. tariffs and higher full-price sales of its popular Coach handbags

** TPR expects profit of around $5 per share, compared with prior forecast of $4.85 per share to $4.90 per share

** Expects annual revenue to be about $6.95 billion, compared with its earlier expectation of more than $6.85 billion

** Company earned Q1 profit of $1.03 per share, beating estimates of 88 cents - data compiled by LSEG

** Reports Q1 net sales of $1.58 billion, above estimates of $1.53 billion

** As of last close, stock up 14.4% YTD
