** Shares of Tarc  TART.NS  rise as much as 3.6% to a record
high of 64.45 rupees
    ** 501,479 shares of co change hands in a block deal as of
1:25 p.m. IST, at a price of 62.75 rupees per share
    ** Stock trading above its 50-, 100-, and 200-day
exponential moving averages since April 10
    ** MACD line above the signal line since June 6, indicating
bullish momentum
    ** Stock's relative strength index above 70 since June 15,
suggesting it is overbought
    ** More than 1.4 mln shares change hands by 1:33 p.m. IST,
1.2x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock up ~51% this year so far, from 47.4% at last close
