rupees, hitting a fresh record high; last up 4.2%
    ** Real estate developer launches luxury residential
development project in Delhi with a rev potential of over 40 bln
rupees ($481.46 mln)
    ** TART shares on track for a fifth straight session of
gains; set to be the best week ever, if trends hold
    ** Stock trading above its 100- and 200-day moving averages
since early April 2023
    ** More than 940,000 shares change hands, half the 30-day
avg
    ** Stock more than tripled in 2023 posting best yearly gains
