India's Tarc jumps 7% on completing sales in premium housing project

** Shares of real estate developer Tarc  TART.NS  climb as
much as 7.04%, most intraday gain in nearly three months, to
36.50 rupees
    ** Rise comes after co says its premium residential project,
TARC Maceo, in Gurugram has been fully sold out at higher price
of 6,500 rupees per square feet
    ** About 576,992 shares change hands as of 11:47 a.m. IST,
nearly twice the 30-day avg of 321,754 shares - Refinitiv data
