** Tarc  TART.NS  rises 5% to a record 269.55 rupees
    ** Real estate co's Q2 pre-sales surged 900% YoY
    ** Stock last up 2.8% on the day and ~5% this week
    ** TART has jumped 94.5% YTD vs ~16% rise in DLF  DLF.NS
