India's TARC up after posting $43-mln sales in Delhi housing project

** Shares of TARC  TART.NS  rise as much as 7.25% to 44.40
rupees, highest intraday gains in a month
    ** Trading volume on the real estate developer's stock is
over 1.13 mln shares, as of 2:08 p.m. IST, 0.9x the 30-day avg
of 1.25 mln shares
    ** The company said it executed sales worth 3.5 bln rupees
($42.51 million) for its luxury residential project in New Delhi
    ** Co says the project, TARC Tripundra, has sales potential
worth 9 bln rupees
