** Shares of real-estate co TARC  TART.NS  rise as much as 2.9%,
last up 1.7% at 164 rupees
    ** Co's luxury residential project, TARC Kailasa, sold out
for 14 bln rupees ($168.2 mln)
    ** Including session's gains, shares up ~21%
