Completion of Acquisition
Further to the announcement on 22 June 2015, Target Healthcare REIT Limited and its subsidiaries ("the Group"), the only listed specialist investor in UK care homes, announces that it has completed the acquisition of the Alexandra Court Care Centre in Kingston-Upon-Hull for approximately 6.2 million (including acquisitions costs).
Completion of the transaction was contingent upon registration of the incoming tenant, Arrow Healthcare Limited, with the Care Quality Commission which is now confirmed.
