Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

March 3, 2026, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American:
TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its
Executives, Richard Tremblay, has advised the Company that, he exercised a
total of 210,000 share options of the Company and sold a total of 210,000
common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average
price of C$12.00 per share (approximately £6.85/share)
