Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

December 5, 2023, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE
American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its
Executives, Rob Rotzinger, has advised the Company that he exercised at total
of 150,000 share options, which are due to expire on January 10, 2024, and
sold a total of 150,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the
capital of the Company at an average price of C$1.66 per share (approximately
£0.97/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
