Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

 May 7, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB;
LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Directors,
Peter Mitchell, has advised the Company that he exercised a total of 109,200
share options in the capital of the Company.  He also purchased 20,000
shares.
