Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

 May 15, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB;
LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Executives,
Bryce Hamming, has advised the Company that he exercised a total of 25,000
share options, which are due to expire May 29, 2024, and sold a total 25,000
common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company
at an average price of C$3.50 per share (approximately £2.03/share) on the
Toronto Stock Exchange.
