India New Issue-Tata Capital Housing to issue 5-year bonds, bankers say MUMBAI, June 9 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital Housing Finance TATASG.UL plans to raise up to 11.25 billion rupees ($117.99 million), including a greenshoe option of 1.25 billion rupees, through a sale of bonds maturing in five years, three bankers said on Tuesday.
It will pay a coupon of 8.15% and has invited commitment bids for the issue on Wednesday, they said.
The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
