India New Issue-Tata Capital to issue 3-year bonds, bankers say

- India's Tata Capital TATC.NS plans to raise up to 20.30 billion rupees ($212.90 million), including a greenshoe option of 5.3 billion rupees, through a sale of bonds maturing in three years, three bankers said on Tuesday.

It will pay a coupon of 8.15% and has invited commitment bids for the issue on Wednesday, they said.

The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
