TCS sees no impact from US green-card programme suspension on workforce strategy Oct 9 (Reuters) - Tata Consultancy Services TCS.NS, India's top IT services exporter, said on Friday it does not expect the US suspension of the Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) programme for IT companies to have any material impact on its workforce strategy or client engagements.
