India's Tata Trusts to form panel to recommend next Tata Sons chairman Aug 13 (Reuters) - India's Tata Trusts said on Thursday that the trustees of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust have passed a resolution to set up a selection committee to recommend a new chairman for Tata Sons.
The resolution comes a day after Chairman N. Chandrasekaran said he would not seek reappointment when his term ends in February 2027, following months of disagreements with Tata Trusts, the group's controlling shareholder.
