India New Issue-Tata Power to issue multiple tenor bonds, bankers say
MUMBAI, Dec 16 (Reuters) - India's Tata Power Company TTPW.NS plans to raise 20 billion rupees ($219.93 million) through sale of bonds maturing in three years as well as five years, two merchant bankers said on Tuesday. The company will pay an annual coupon of 7.05% and 7.25% on three-year and five-year papers and has invited bids from bankers and investors on Thursday, they said.
