Sub:    Acquisition of equity stake in Tata Steel Advanced Materials
Limited, a

wholly-owned subsidiary company

 

This is to inform you that, Tata Steel Limited ('Company') has today, i.e. on
July 27, 2023  acquired 1,40,51,522 equity shares of face value ₹10/- each,
at a premium of ₹2.81 per share (total ₹12.81 per share), of Tata Steel
Advanced Materials Limited ('TSAML'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Company, for an amount aggregating to approximately ₹17.99 crore (referred
to as 'Transaction').

 

The relevant details of the above-mentioned Transaction are enclosed in
Annexure A.

 

This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 and 51 of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with SEBI Circular no.
SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
