We would like to inform about the change(s) in the Senior Management Personnel
of Tata Steel Limited ('Company') as follows:

 

a.   Superannuation of Mr. Sanjib Nanda, Vice President - Financial
Operations & Corporate Reporting

 

Mr. Sanjib Nanda, currently serving as the Vice President - Financial
Operations & Corporate Reporting, will superannuate from the Company on
September 1, 2024.

 

b.   Appointment of Mr. Sandeep Bhattacharya as the Vice President -
Financial Operations, Control and Business Finance

 

Mr. Sandeep Bhattacharya, presently holding the position of Chief Financial
Operations & Business Finance, Tata Steel Limited, is being appointed as
the Vice President - Financial Operations, Control and Business Finance
(Designate), effective August 1, 2024 and as Vice President - Financial
Operations, Control and Business Finance, effective September 1, 2024.

 

The details as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A, Part A of
Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed
herewith as Annexure A.

 

This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended.
