Subject: Receipt of certified true copy of the Order from the Hon'ble National
Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in the matter of the Scheme of Amalgamation
of Angul Energy Limited into and with Tata Steel Limited ('Company')

 

This has reference to our earlier disclosures dated February 6, 2023, January
5, 2024,

February 9, 2024, April 19, 2024 and July 3, 2024, in connection with the
Scheme of Amalgamation of Angul Energy Limited into and with Tata Steel
Limited ('Scheme of Amalgamation'), under the provisions of Sections 230 to
232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the
Rules framed thereunder.

 

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench had pronounced the
order on

July 3, 2024, approving and sanctioning the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation.

 

This is to inform you that the Company has received the certified true copy of
the abovementioned order on July 19, 2024 and the same is enclosed herewith.

 

This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended.
