Sub: Last and Final Reminder-Cum-Forfeiture Notice # 2 (ISIN: IN9081A01010)

 

This has reference to our letters dated February 9, 2021, February 23, 2021,
March 24, 2021,

April 14, 2021, May 15, 2021, June 21, 2021 September 13, 2021 and November
23, 2021 in relation to the first and final call in respect of the partly
paid-up equity shares of the Company.

 

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee ("Committee"), duly authorized by the
Board of Directors of the Company, has on January 20, 2022, approved sending
of a Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 2 for payment of first
and final call amount of ₹461/- per partly-up equity share as First and
Final Call money ("Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 2"), to the
holders of such partly paid-up equity shares on which the first and final call
money remains unpaid.

 

In this connection, we wish to inform that the Last and Final
Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 2 is being issued to the holders of such
partly paid-up equity shares on which the first and final call money remains
unpaid. The period for payment of the first and final call money pursuant to
the Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 2 is between February 1,
2022 and March 2, 2022 (both days inclusive).

 

A specimen copy of the Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 2 is
enclosed herewith for your reference. The same is also being made available on
the website of the Company at www.tatasteel.com (http://www.tatasteel.com)
