Sub: Last and Final Reminder-Cum-Forfeiture Notice # 3 (ISIN: IN9081A01010)

 

This has reference to our letters dated February 9, 2021, February 23, 2021,
March 24, 2021,

April 14, 2021, May 15, 2021, June 21, 2021, September 13, 2021, November 23,
2021 and

January 21, 2022 in relation to the first and final call in respect of the
partly paid-up equity shares of the Company.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of Stakeholders'
Relationship Committee ("Committee"), at its meeting held on February 6, 2023,
approved sending of a Last and Final

Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 3 for payment of first and final call amount
of ₹461/- per partly paid-up equity share as First and Final Call money
("Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 3"), to the holders of such
partly paid-up equity shares of ₹10/- each (₹2.504 paid-up per share) on
which the first and final call money remains unpaid.

 

In this connection, we wish to inform that the Last and Final
Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 3 is being issued to the holders of such
partly paid-up equity shares on which the first and final call money remains
unpaid. The period for payment of the first and final call money pursuant to
the Last and Final

Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 3 is between February 15, 2023 and March 9,
2023 (both days inclusive).

 

A specimen copy of the Last and Final Reminder-cum-Forfeiture Notice # 3 is
enclosed herewith for your reference. The same is also being made available on
the website of the Company at www.tatasteel.com (http://www.tatasteel.com)
