8(th) Integrated Report & Annual Accounts for FY2022-23 of Tata Steel

This is further to our disclosure dated May 2, 2023 wherein Tata Steel Limited
('Company') had inter alia informed that the 116(th) AGM of the Company will
be held on Wednesday,

July 5, 2023.

a.   the Notice of the 116(th) AGM scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July
5, 2023 at

3:00 p.m. (IST) via two-way Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means.

b.   the 8(th) Integrated Report & 116(th) Annual Accounts of the
Company for FY 2022-23 ('Integrated Report')

c.   Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2022-23
('BRSR')

 

The Notice along with the Statement forms part of Integrated Report. The BRSR
also forms part of the Integrated Report.
