Outcome of Board Meeting

 

This has reference to our letters dated February 9, 2021, February 23, 2021,
March 24, 2021, April 14, 2021, May 15, 2021, June 21, 2021, September 13,
2021, October 30, 2021,

November 23, 2021, January 21, 2022, February 8, 2023 and March 18, 2023 in
relation to the first and final call on the partly paid-up equity shares of
the Company.

 

The Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e., March 27, 2023
approved the forfeiture of 1,91,630 partly paid-up equity shares of face value
₹10/- each (partly paid-up ₹2.504), on which the first and final call
money is not paid.

 

This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, as amended.
