Subject: Pronouncement of Order by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal,
Kolkata Bench in the matter of the Scheme of Amalgamation of S & T Mining
Company Limited into and with Tata Steel Limited

 

This has reference to our earlier disclosure dated September 22, 2022, in
connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation of S & T Mining Company Limited
into and with Tata Steel Limited ('Scheme of Amalgamation'), under the
provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the
Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules framed thereunder.

 

This is to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata
Bench ('Hon'ble NCLT'), has on November 10, 2023, pronounced the order,
sanctioning the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation ('Order').

 

The copy of the Order as available on the website of the Hon'ble NCLT is
enclosed herewith as
