This is to inform you that, today i.e., on February 11, 2025, India Ratings (a
Fitch Group company) has upgraded the debt instrument rating of Tata Steel
Limited from 'AA+' Positive to 'AAA' Stable. The report from India Ratings is
enclosed for reference.

 

This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A
of Schedule III, Regulation 51 and other applicable provisions of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
