Subject: Order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench
in the matter of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Bhubaneshwar Power Private
Limited into and with Tata Steel Limited

 

This has reference to our earlier disclosures dated November 1, 2023, and June
6, 2024, in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation of Bhubaneshwar Power
Private Limited into and with Tata Steel Limited ('Scheme of Amalgamation'),
under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of
the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules framed thereunder.

 

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ('NCLT) had
pronounced the order on June 6, 2024, sanctioning the aforesaid Scheme of
Amalgamation.

 

This is to inform you that a copy of the order is available on the website of
the NCLT and is enclosed herewith.

 

This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and
Exchange Board

of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,
as amended.
