** Johnson & Johnson <JNJ.N> said it will acquire biotech Firefly Bio for $1 billion in cash, as it looks to expand its cancer drug pipeline.

** Incyte <INCY.O> said it has agreed to acquire Vega Therapeutics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Therapeutics, in a deal worth up to $2 billion, expanding its pipeline for blood disorder therapies.

** Blackstone Inc <BX.N> is seeking to sell more than $2 billion of stakes it holds in private investment funds, the Financial Times reported, in a deal that would test investor appetite for older private equity assets.
