      Tate & Lyle PLC (the Company) announces the appointment of       Claire-Marie OGrady as Company Secretary with effect from 1 February       2017.    
      Claire-Marie joins the Company from AstraZeneca PLC where she held a       number of roles in both the legal and secretariat teams, including as       Deputy Company Secretary.
