Change in Company Secretary

 

Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") announces the appointment of Matthew Joy
as Company Secretary with effect from 5 August 2024.  This follows the
resignation of Claire-Marie O'Grady from the same role.

Matthew joins the Company from Esken plc, where he was previously General
Counsel and Company Secretary.
