Paul Forman, non-executive director of Tate & Lyle PLC, has been appointed
to the Board of Topps Tiles Plc, a company listed on the London Stock
Exchange, as a non-executive director and Chair-designate with effect from 1
July 2023.  Paul will become Board Chair of Topps Tiles on 1 October 2023.
