Tate & Lyle PLC (the Company) was informed on 23 June 2017 that the following transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities in respect of their interests in ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (Shares) took place on that day:
- Rowan Adams transferred a total of 11,918 Shares to his wife as a gift.
- Rob Luijten transferred a total of 62,060 Shares to his wife as a gift.
