Tate & Lyle PLC (the Company) announces that a grant of options and awards over the Companys ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (Shares) was made on 30 June 2017 under the Tate & Lyle Group Bonus Plan (GBP) in respect of the year ended 31 March 2017 to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) as detailed in the table below:
