Notification of transactions by a Person Closely Associated with a Person
Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

 

Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') has been informed that on 1 April 2022,
Katherine Tucker, a Person Closely Associated ('PCA') with Warren Tucker, a
Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, disposed of 4,321 ordinary
shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at a sale
price of 731 pence per Share, and on the same day acquired 4,321 Shares at a
purchase price of 731 pence per Share. Following these transactions, Katherine
Tucker's beneficial interest has not changed.

 

The notifications below, which are made in accordance with the requirements of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
