Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') was informed that on 2 August 2023,
Lindsay Beardsell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
was allotted 1,267 ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the capital of the
Company under the Tate & Lyle 2011 Sharesave Scheme at an Option Price of
568 pence per share.
