the following transactions occurred by a person closely associated ('PCA')
with a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), in respect of
their purchase of American Depositary Receipts ('ADRs'), where each ADR
represents an interest in four (4) ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the
capital of the Company ('Shares').
