Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company') was informed that on 22 May 2025, Nick
Hampton, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') will be
allotted 3,321 ordinary shares of 29 1/6 pence each in the capital of the
Company after exercising options granted to him under the Tate & Lyle 2020
Sharesave Scheme at an Option Price of 542 pence per share.
