Notice of AGM

 

Tatton Asset Management plc (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA
support services group, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will
be held on Wednesday 27 July 2022 at 11:00am at the offices of DWF Law LLP of
1 Scott Place, 2 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3AA.

 

Copies of the Annual Report the Notice of AGM have been distributed to
shareholders and can be viewed on the Company's website at:

The Board of Directors continues to encourage shareholders, where possible, to
exercise their votes by appointing the Chairman of the meeting as your proxy
and to give your instructions on how you wish the Chairman to vote on the
proposed resolutions. This will ensure that your votes will be counted if
ultimately you (or any other proxy who you might otherwise appoint) are not
able, or do not wish, to attend the AGM in person.

 

 

The Board recognises the importance of the AGM to shareholders and is
proposing to allow shareholders the opportunity to raise any issues or
concerns arising from the business proposed to be conducted at the meeting.
Appropriate questions on the business of the meeting should be emailed to
enquiries@tattonassetmanagement.com before 6.00pm on 26 July 2022 and
responses will be posted on the Company's website,
www.tattonassetmanagement.com (http://www.tattonassetmanagement.com) , on the
morning of the AGM.
