Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the on-platform discretionary fund management (DFM) and IFA support services business announces that it has been notified that Helen O'Neill, the Chief Operating Officer at Tatton Investment Management Limited (PDMR), has sold 4,306 Ordinary Shares at a price of approximately £4.82 per Ordinary Share.
Following this announcement, Helen holds an interest in 74,618 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
